No. Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances. Once you pay an entry fee and submit your contest entry, the fee cannot be returned, even if you change your mind, withdraw your entry, or the contest doesn't meet its minimum threshold.

If a contest fails to generate sufficient revenue to distribute the advertised prize pool, participants receive partial compensation equal to 25% of the VOTE REVENUE generated specifically for their entry. Your entry fee is non-refundable, but you receive 25% of the money that others paid to vote for your submission.

Yes! Minors (under 18) may participate in designated contests, including free contests for children and young talents. However, parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory. Prize payments for minor winners are made to the parent/guardian's verified account.

Many AfriContest contests incorporate voting where the public can support their favorite entries by purchasing votes. Voters pay per vote, and vote counts are publicly visible. Higher vote counts increase a participant's chances of winning (depending on contest rules).
